Delete Your Vogh Account
This page is for users of the Vogh Android/iOS app and vogh.in. You can request that your account and personal data be deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@vogh.in from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We will confirm the request within 2 business days.
- Your data is deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
- What is deleted: your account, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, reviews and review photos, notification preferences, and location preferences.
What is kept and for how long: records of completed orders (order number, items, amounts, and shipping details) are kept for up to 6 months after your last order, or as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Personal details are removed from these records as soon as legally possible.
You can also request deletion of specific data (for example a review or a saved address) without deleting your account, using the same email address.
